‘Living in a Daydream’ is the third full-length album by Miguel Espinoza Flamenco Fusion. This is arguably their most innovative and dynamic work to date, and the release features eight original compositions.

Four of them are in collaboration with two-time Grammy Award winner Howard Levy (harmonica/piano). Gracefully challenging in form, style and structure, the musicians explore new sonic textures, shaped but undetermined by their myriad creative influences.

But for all its agility and vision, ‘Living in a Daydream’ is spared none of the organic, expressive nuance and raw emotion we've come to expect from this group.

Miguel Espinoza Flamenco Fusion, the collective beating heart of world-class musicians Miguel Espinoza (guitar), Dianne Betkowski (cello) and Randy Hoepker (bass) the core members, invite the listener to a rich and colorful symposium of musical traditions.

Solid roots in flamenco, classical and jazz are intertwined with North African rhythms, Celtic whimsy and Brazilian expressions for a sound that is transformative, vibrant and deeply emotional.

Miquel Espinoza composed all tracks himself, and this is rousing flamenco guitar music. When you hear this you imagine yourself in Spain.
