Robby Bright Robby Bright, a skilled Smooth Jazz Saxophonist/Producer, was born Friday, December 13, 1974. Robby has always had his sights set on doing something special. Robby started his musical quest at the young age of 4, when he first began "banging" around on the piano. At the tender age of 5 he began piano lessons and shortly thereafter recorded his first song. This love of music led to numerous awards and honors, starting in the 9th grade when Robby was honored with a scholarship to the Berkley School of Music, when he was named Outstanding Soloist at Jazz at Turkey Foot. After numerous other awards for Outstanding Musicianship in competitions throughout high school, his high school career was capped off when Robby was awarded the prestigious Louis Armstrong Award by both his peers and musical instructors for musical achievement. After his high school career was over, Robby's musical quest continued. At the age of 19 Robby, hooked up with a young upstart record company in Cincinnati, House Jam Records, where he worked as a studio musician for numerous album and demo projects.
