Paul Zaleski

Paul has produced over 40 songs for the legendary soul singer AL GREEN including 2 GRAMMY winners besides working with the like of Joe Walsh, Wayne Perkins, Johnny Nash, Sam the Sham, Louis Williams & the Ovations, Black Oak Arkansas, Chuck Bell, Ollie Nightengale and many more artists.

Paul, who resides in the Chicago area went to Memphis in the late 60's and received his first break working as a songwriter for Tom Phillips's COBY music. Later on he produced Chuck Bell for SUN Records and then began to gain notoriety as a producer/engineer/songwriter when he owned Stairway Recording Studios in Memphis.

After becoming a partner in the Sounds Of Memphis Studio complex in Memphis, Paul decided to focus his attention on producing AL GREEN.

Their first collaboration "Trust in God" received a Grammy nomination. The second collaboration "Soul Survivor" earned GREEN a GRAMMY and the third collaboration "I Get Joy" earned GREEN yet another GRAMMY.

Paul has just returned from working with Al Green on Al's extensive U.S and Overseas tour " Legends Tour".

Through his career Paul has written hundreds of songs and has produced hundreds of projects in all music categories, from Country & Gospel to Rock & Roll and New Age. His work has literally been heard throughout the world.
